Recycle Junkys Terms & Conditions

Service Agreement:
1.1 Recycle Junkys agrees to provide junk removal services to the Customer as specified in the service agreement or as mutually agreed upon in writing.
1.2 The Customer agrees to provide accurate and detailed information about the junk to be removed, including size, weight, and any potential hazards.
1.3 Recycle Junkys can reserves the right to refuse removal of any items that pose a risk to our employees, equipment, or the environment.

Pricing and Payment:
2.1 The Customer agrees to pay the agreed-upon service fee for junk removal as outlined in the service agreement or as provided by Recycle Junkys.
2.2 Additional charges may apply for specialized services, excessive weight, or extra labor required to remove certain items.
2.3 Payment is due upon completion of the junk removal service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Access and Safety:
3.1 The Customer shall ensure safe and clear access to the junk to be removed, including removing any obstacles or hazards that may impede Recycle Junkys ability to perform the service.
3.2 The Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or permits required for junk removal from their property or premises.
3.3 Recycle Junkys shall not be held liable for any damage caused to the Customer’s property during the removal process unless it is a result of negligence or intentional misconduct by Recycle Junkys employees.

Liability and Indemnification:
4.1 The Customer acknowledges that junk removal may involve risks, including property damage or personal injury, and agrees to assume all such risks.
4.2 Recycle Junkys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the junk removal service.
4.3 The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Recycle Junkys harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Customer’s use of the Services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:
5.1 The Customer may cancel or reschedule the junk removal service by providing a minimum notice period of 24 hours to Recycle Junkys.
5.2 Cancellations made within the specified notice period may incur cancellation fees of $50.

Confidentiality and Privacy:
6.1 Recycle Junkys agrees to handle all customer information in compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
6.2 The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information and acknowledges that the Company may collect, store, and use such information for the purpose of providing the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of 33067.
7.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in 33050.

Entire Agreement:
8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and Recycle Junkys, supersedes any prior agreements, and may not be modified except in writing.
